This is the stage where we would start to rebuild any walls, any supports for the soon to be installed bathroom furniture and sanitary ware as well as pipework alterations for the new brassware and sanitary ware. This stage would also include the full testing of all newly installed pipework to ensure a leak free installation. Also, any electrical 1^st fix would be installed at this time.

At this stage we would start to cover up walls, floors and install baths and shower trays, hidden toilet frames and cisterns and any other products that need to be fitted before the final tiling, wall and floor coverings, including any underfloor heating if being installed, if required plastering and thereafter tiling.

This is the last stage and the most rewarding, when all the bathroom furniture and brassware begins to be installed, sealants applied and tested for water tightness and then the bathroom is complete.
